I started working as a teacher in 2018 during the 2018-2019 school year. I have taught 2nd and 5th grade and worked with K through 5 in PE. I love to learn and look forward to watching my students grow throughout the school year. I enjoy crafting, sports, and traveling to new and exciting places. I am an Army Spouse of 14 years and have one daughter in college and a son who is high school. My family has four fur children, two little dogs Reese and Moe and two Great Danes named Dash and Violet. I look forward to working as a 3rd grade virtual teacher at our K-12 Virtual School this year.

Parents / Learning Mentors:
Please be prepared for the parent and/or learning mentor to receive a text alert if you are more than 5 minutes late. Please know that most work will NEED to be completed independently, while other work may need to be completed while supervised by the Learning Mentor. Please make sure to check PowerSchool weekly.

If your student has any technology issues:
1. Call Virtual Live Assistance at 931-553-1118.
2. If Live Assistance CANNOT help then they will help you create a Work Order and the laptop will be turned in to First Aid
3. If your laptop is turned in you MUST contact your teacher and let them know.

• Be on time to each class
• Be prepared with all supplies and materials
• Mute microphone, unless called upon to speak
• Video MUST stay on
• Eye contact on speaker
• Use the “Raise Hand” feature
• Dress appropriately
• Find a quiet workspace
• Focus on the Virtual class ONLY
• Check email daily
