I started work with CMCCS during the 1994-1995 school year. I have taught 5th grade, 3rd grade, and 2nd grade. I also taught grades K - 5 in the Computer Lab. I love to learn and look forward to watching my students grow this year. My motto is 'Knowledge is Power.' I enjoy reading, scrapbooking, card making, and traveling. I am married to David Messmer and have three sons. We have two daughters-in-law and five grandchildren. We have two furry children that are named Mickey and Minnie since they are tuxedo cats. It's an adventure with two kittens. This year I look forward to an exciting year in third grade at CMCSS K-12 Virtual School.
